*Stand to Reason Outpost beginning January 12, 2026!*

The Mission Church of Lexington is proud to partner with Stand to Reason as we host an STR Outpost. Our Outpost (Illuminate) is a community of Christians seeking answers to difficult questions about the Christian faith to strengthen our faith and our Christian witness,

Our Outpost engages content from history to science, covering topics such as “are the Gospels reliable history, and are science and faith compatible?” There are many more topics, from engaging other belief systems to the problem of evil. We invite you to join us on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 P.M. 

Our topics cover 4-6 weeks of study with a short break before starting the next topic. The topics are video-based learning and group discussion to foster deep thinking about the issues we face in our culture. The 2026 list of topics and start dates are below.

Our Outpost Director is Pastor Eric McCrickard, our Associate Pastor at TMC. Pastor Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical and Theological Studies, a Master of Arts in Christian Apologetics, and a Doctor of Ministry in Theology and Apologetics.
